[Hai-users] Sent panel in for repair and now phones don't work

I paid ~$200 two years ago to upgrade an ~12 year old Omnipro II
mortherboard whose RJ-45 (Ethernet jack) had worked loose from the board
because I'd not properly strain-relieved the cable. I also dealt with
Charlie. New Orleans is the longtime location of HAI, now owned by Leviton.
He was great, the price seemed fair and the process was smooth and fairly
quick.
