Sure. You need to get a return authorization number from Leviton. The person I communicated with was Charlie Plough, CPlough at leviton.com, and for my Omni IIe the repair cost was a flat $150, which includes a firmware update (I have an older model that is not flash upgradable). I sent the board to:
LEVITON MANUFACTURING CO. INC. 4330 MICHOUD BLVD.NEW ORLEANS, LA. 70129
I initially communicated with technical support: Joseph Valdivia
International Customer Support Specialist, Energy Management, Controls and Automation – New Orleans
T: 800-229-7256 X1 | F: 504-253-2957
Leviton Manufacturing Co., Inc.
He told me I needed to contact the RA department at: SARA at leviton.com for the unit to come in for service. After e-mailing that address I got a response from CPlough.

Can you please share with us to whom you sent your board to for repair?

The X10 on my panel stopped working so I removed it and sent it in for repair and a firmware update. Then I discovered that none of the phones in my house were working and all the handsets say "line in use." I assume this is because the phone lines were running through the security panel which is now gone.
What can I do to get my phone lines working until the panel comes back?_______________________________________________
