[Hai-users] Replacing ALC switch with UPB

It's an Aegis 2000, so I'd need a ~$1000 OmniPro-II board in order to get
proper UPB support on the controller and retain support for the keypads. If
I had AC wiring to the keypads I could replace them with UPB keypads and
just not bother interfacing the lighting to the old Aegis, but I don't
think there are any UPB keypads that would work over a Cat5 line.
