We had a problem similar to this with an RC-80BZ. Tech support had us go
into installation, to the calibration menu. Then started clicking down until
we got to zero and kept going past it. It rolled over to the top of the
calibration numbers back to our normal setting. This was a reset procedure
for some internal register. I don't remember if it was going down and past 0
or up and past 60 or whatever the value is, so you might want to try both.
Once we were out of programming mode, the it returned to normal operation.
