[Hai-users] HAI RC-80 stuck on '27'

I woke up this morning and one of my four RC-80 thermostats, the one that
does heat only for a hydronic radiant floor in the master bath, was reading
'27' and the heat was off.

 

I've reset the 'stat and switched it to centigrade and back to Fahrenheit
and reset it again and it remains non-functioning (no change when a hair
dryer is trained on the thermostat).

 

Using dealer PC-Access Version 3.2 I see the thermostat reporting "User
Setting 20", all the other thermostats are reporting normally.  I am able to
connect to the thermostat from PC-Access and alter settings, but nothing I
do changes the reading of '27'.

 

I see that RC-80/RC-81 thermostats are no longer available; what would be
the replacement if I have to replace it?
