[Hai-users] No Controller Data

I had this happen to me before; I have 2 keypads and an expansion unit.  The expansion unit is wired to the same place on the main board as the keypads.  My problem was due to a bad board in the expansion unit.  I also think this occurs if you have more than one keypad and they share the same address.
