[Hai-users] upb coupler trouble

I'm having problems with the HAI's UPB phase coupler. 

I'm connecting it as described in the installation manual (very simple), one
end to one phase where I have some UPB devices and the other to the other
phase with some other UPB devices. The red led in the coupler is on, but I
can't communicate with the devices in the other phase. Has anyone been able
to successfully use the phase couplers? Any tips on what could be wrong. The
couplers I'm using are Revision A1.
