[Hai-users] Clear "had trouble" message

I don't want to clear anything in the event log.  There is a message on
the keypad (and zone status will also say "had trouble").  I tried
sending a clear all but that did not do it.  The only way I see to do it
is with the cancel key on the keypad.

Is there any way to clear a "had trouble" message (zone had trouble,
phone had trouble) message using one of the hai programs (dealer pc
access, web-link, snap-link) instead of the keypad?
