[Hai-users] Clear "had trouble" message

Can't clear message's from Events unless you do a total power down..battery
disconnect and all.

Is there any way to clear a "had trouble" message (zone had trouble, phone
had trouble) message using one of the hai programs (dealer pc access,
web-link, snap-link) instead of the keypad?
