I recently purchased a OPII for my new home.  We ran and terminate the
window / door sensors during construction.  I have both the UPB PIM and
the 2-way X10 PIM.  The home currently has some X10 devices (lights,
plugs, occupancy sensors, etc).  Can I operate both the X10 module and
the UPB module from the OPII.    Will the UPB interface with a serial
connection and the X10 in the "X10" connection on the board?  From a
little research, I understand that UPB and X10 will coexist in an
installation - just not sure about the OPII's role in this scenario.

Any other comments for a first time installer would be welcome.
