Thanks to those who responded directly. Once I get the Omni IIe
Wireless Receiver
straightened out (showing up), I'll work on the CPU/XA ProLink
interface. There aren't
many messages in the Omni IIe, so some cleverness has been suggested.
Also, the ADICOM heavy-duty relay units are documented to suggest
that you need to send the following sequence to activate them via X-10:
1. Send Housecode+Zero
2. Send Housecode+19 (for ON).
Does this mean you can onl;y use these relays with a CPUXA because of
the way
it sends X10, or does X10 really have codes like 19, 20, etc?
I'm not sure how to send this with an HAI controller, if it is even
possible. Or maybe a
an Omni IIe "unit" set to ON already does this?
Finally, has anyone used a telephone line splitter to have more than one
X10 unit, like the
Omni or an ADICOM Relay, share the same TW523 X10 interface? Not an
issue, right?
Thanks!
