[Hai-users] Aegis status

I had the same problem.  After arranging a (ClearBlue) return.repair in 
4Q2005, I was never able to get them
on the telephone to finalize the arrangements.  I sent a note to the 
service exec on the website, but the
mail bounced.  So, this year I sent a note to the President and the new 
service exec addresses.  Nothing.

So I'm exchanging my Aegis boards for Omni's and working with two 
companies that respond.  HAI and Worthington.
HAI has a decent exchange policy, so it's not quite as bad as starting over.
