[Hai-users] Aegis status

I have been a dealer for Aegis for years, and I now cannot seem to raise 
anyone there. I have also had a RA package returned to me from UPS, saying 
no longer at that address. Does anyone out there have any information as to 
their status-closed, bankrupt?? I also cannot reach anyone at Clear Blue 
either , which now owns Aegis????
