Tom,

I don't see anything with your three programming lines that would cause the
X10 unit to go off when you arm to NITE.  The only thing I can think of is
that maybe you have an X10 ALL OFF when you set the alarm to NITE.  Your
final line reads "When OFF": this is alarm mode off.  Right?  If my
hypothesis is correct, put the appliance module into a different house code,
and set that house code to not respond to X10 ALL OFF.
