[Hai-users] ALC 4 button scene switch delays

Sorry for the blatantly ignorant question, but...how?

I've looked at OnQ's site and the WorthingtonSolutions
forum and knowledgebase and found nothing about how to
upgrade the firmware. Is it a chip replacement, and
if not, how is it done? How can I determine my
current firmware version?

Thanks for the reply, Scott.
