[Hai-users] ALC 4 button scene switch delays

Tom, it is a chip replacement for the ALC firmware upgrade.
There is a sticker on a large chip that will show you the version you have
on the ALC board.
Give HAI tech support a call. They will take care of it.

Sorry for the blatantly ignorant question, but...how?

I've looked at OnQ's site and the WorthingtonSolutions forum and
knowledgebase and found nothing about how to upgrade the firmware.  Is it a
chip replacement, and if not, how is it done?  How can I determine my
current firmware version?
