personalities".  A matter of perception from someone
who was fired by Pederson, to be sure.

members one year ago, instructing them to send Steve
Pederson a thank you note to let him know that he "was
right all along."

Ego is a matter of perception, and everyone has one to
one matter or another.  But the charge of "ego" has
been made around Pederson so many times, it's tough to
dismiss.
