[Husker] Solich Plea Change

Does anyone other than me think that Solich was going to use the drug while hitting on some gal but got confused and ended up putting it in his own drink. We all know he was a womanizer while in Lincoln. We also know how confused he looked while coaching. I suspect that is what really happened. Should be an interesting trial.

"SOLICH TO FIGHT DUI CONVICTION", they have a Coors Light advertisement???

The Sporting News has more details...

A toxicology analysis confirmed that Solich was
exposed to GHB on Nov. 26th, the night Solich was
found slumped over the wheel of his car.

A hearing has been set to consider Solich's motion to
rescind his "no contest" plea.

While this motion may result in Solich's being found
"not guilty" legally, Solich does run the risk that he
will be found guilty in court and possibly face more
severe punishment. Under Ohio law, refusing a
Breathalyzer test (which Solich did) is considered the
same as being over the legal limit for blood alcohol.
