Does anyone else find it ironic that in the sporting news artcle (title
"SOLICH TO FIGHT DUI CONVICTION", they have a Coors Light advertisement???

A toxicology analysis confirmed that Solich was
exposed to GHB on Nov. 26th, the night Solich was
found slumped over the wheel of his car.

A hearing has been set to consider Solich's motion to
rescind his "no contest" plea.

While this motion may result in Solich's being found
"not guilty" legally, Solich does run the risk that he
will be found guilty in court and possibly face more
severe punishment.  Under Ohio law, refusing a
Breathalyzer test (which Solich did) is considered the
same as being over the legal limit for blood alcohol.
