[Hai-users] HAI 1102 Expansion debug/schematic/help... Please advise

Does anyone have a schematic for the HAI 1102 rev B Expansion enclosure
board so I can troubleshoot the Battery Charging circuit?

Batteries don't seem to charge properly on this one 1102.. On this panel,
it reads just over 12 V.. All the other panels are 13.6 +- a bit... Normal
charge voltage for a SLA battery.

Also, the resistor overheat below. Whatever EE designed this did NOT do
proper wattage calculations for this resistor... Does anyone know what
value it is SUPPOSED to be?

There's a N-Channel Mosfet also fried in the battery charging circuit. Wish
I knew what the charging circuit looked like. Its a pain in the butt to
trace foil traces and try to derive a schematic.

Any advice appreciated.

Looks like when Leviton bought out HAI they just keep the high-volume
products and dropped all the rest???  Sad!.  Wonder what happened to the
good HAI employees?  As a product line, is Leviton doing any new
development? Or, just going to rake in the meager profits and let the
product line die?  I REALLY love this HAI product line.   I'm 20+ years on
this.. 3 expansion enclosures.. All sprinklers, drapes, lights and other
misc things controlled via HAI panel.
