[Hai-users] Sent panel in for repair and now phones don't work

Already tried that and it didn't work.  I didn't think it would because it is disconnected a the other end where it went into the panel, but I tried it anyway (still attached to the terminal strips which I removed from the HAI board).  Also tried unplugging the mystery black wire on the front of the DSL splitter and that didn't work either.
