[Hai-users] Sent panel in for repair and now phones don't work

Unplug the Blue Cat5 from the jack labeled "Security," and let us know if your downstream phones are all then operational.  This is an RJ31X built into the distribution board, as demonstrated by the Line In and Line Out.
