[Hai-users] Sent panel in for repair and now phones don't work

I think you could plug the phone cord that went into the panel into an RJ31X jack to get it to work.

 

May I ask who is repairing your board? Three years ago I had a board go bad, where the board was seizing the phone line any time it was powered up, and HAI/Leviton told me they no  longer repair boards.

The X10 on my panel stopped working so I removed it and sent it in for repair and a firmware update.  Then I discovered that none of the phones in my house were working and all the handsets say "line in use."  I assume this is because the phone lines were running through the security panel which is now gone.
