[Hai-users] Upgrade from 1503 V2 Model

My system currently is a model 1503 V2 with two 1102 expansion panels.  It
was installed in 1992.  (All continues to work without any problems -
impressive!)
 
My two questions are:
 
1. Can I 'drop in' a 20A002-2 Omni Pro-II Controller for my 1503 V2
(assuming programming the Omni Pro-II to match the 1503 V2 programming)?
 
2. Can my 1102 expansion panels connect directly connect an Omni-Pro-II
Controller?
