[Hai-users] OMNI PROII Resetting

Hi all,
I have OMNI PROII that entered high security mode which requires pass code to enter the menu from ( console or touchscreen ) and i am stuck in the situation that this happened all of sudden ( i didn't upload any setups or programming to controller recently ) and it seems to be none of my codes work .
I contacted HAI technical support and simply they said to send the controller back so they can reset it to factory . Is there any way to do it without send it back to them ?
Note ; i cannot connect to controller through serial cable neither through ethernet connection .
