[Hai-users] VoIP compatibility

If you have an older OP2 board (which it looks like you do), the phone line voltage is polarity sensitive, and you currently have the polarity reversed.  Just swap the wires on the red and green terminals and you should be good.

Measuring at the terminal strip in the panel with the red probe on the 
red terminal and the black probe on the green terminal (which correspond 
to the same color wires coming from the RJ31X) I'm getting a positive 
voltage.
