[Hai-users] VoIP compatibility

I have run into this a few times and its always been low voltage from the 
cable company. They should be able to adjust it to be closer to 50 volts. If 
its to low you will get all sorts of problems from panel. You can check with 
a voltmeter on incoming line to house!
