[Hai-users] Convert HMS program to HAI program

While time consuming I can confirm what Scott is saying. The new
programming engine is far superior. The new commands will likely reduce
the number of programming lines. Very little of my original programming
remained after I began to explore 3.0.
I highly suggest playing around with 3.0 before writing your programs.
User defined variables really changed the way I do things. In addition,
I don't believe your OmniPro had the 'all thermostats' command. That
would also reduce the number of lines.

For about 300 lines of program files, converting these manually from
OmniPro
to OmniPro II is time consuming!
