Does the keypad sounder beep and does it show "burglary alarm" within a time 
after the zone is tripped?

If not then some things to check would be under Setup:Installer:Zones  and 
Setup:Installer:Zone Options,  particularly to see if cross-zoning was 
inadvertently enabled for this zone.
Another thing to look for would be an unusually long entry/exit delay.
