[Hai-users] Insteon with Omni Pro

Exactly - if I was happy with the reliability of X10 I'd stick with X10, but
I'm looking to go from 98% reliable to 100%. SmartHome talked about a TW-523
module that communicated via Insteon instead of X10 but it never saw the
light of day. I've read that if you sign up for their developer kit there is
software for an X10 to Insteon translator available, but I haven't had the
time to look into it.

I'd be happy with a powerline device that plugged in near the TW-523, saw
X10 commands, and mapped them to Insteon. My Aegis doesn't support two-way
X10 for switch status, so I could live without the reverse Insteon->X10
mapping. I just want my lights to go on/off reliably when I press the
buttons on my scene switches.
