[Hai-users] Lifespan of RC-80s and monitoring service question

I haven't had any outright failures but I've had two thermostats with
out-of-the-box problems that HAI never could fix right. On one of them the
FAULT and Emergency LEDs were swapped (color mismatch) and on both of them
the FAULT LED wouldn't work even though I sent them back several times. I
wasn't impressed by their quality control or repair services.
