Tom, this error can occur if Installshield does not have access or
cannot create the destination folder. Some things to try:
1. Make sure you have installed IIS first. The OS usually doesn't
install this by default.
2. Make sure you are logged-in as an Administrator.
3. Try creating the following directories before running setup:
a. C:\Program Files\HAI\Web-Link
b. C:\Program Files\HAI\Web-Link\Profiles
c. C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Web-Link
i.
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Web-Link\IE
ii.
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Web-Link\default
iii.
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Web-Link\images
iv.
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Web-Link\pie
v.
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Web-Link\sp
vi.
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Web-Link\video
The next time the error occurs, leave it displayed and then check the
directories listed above and see if any files are installed. It is not
necessary to install each of the Web-Link updates sequentially. Install
the original from CD and then the latest update.

Subject: [Hai-users] Web-link install error
I have installed the new web-link update with no problem (version 6025).
Today I had to rebuild my computer. I installed web-link from the cd
without problem but when I tried to install the new update I get "error
occurred during the move data process -145".
Does anyone have any suggestions to get around this?
Thanks
Tom
