[Hai-users] Dealer PC Access 2.12d Bug - RadioRa Master Control Keypads

I am wondering if anyone is running Dealer PC Access newer than 2.12d
revision.

I noticed the following issues with RadioRa RS232 support, all involving
Master Control keypads (MCK) under 2.12d

1. There are no MCK buttons numbered above 10, although keypads have
numbers up to 17.

2. The Dealer PC Access software defaults back to switch/dimmer values
in the
SETUP/PROGRAM screen, even if you COPY/PASTE an existing line for a
keypad. This happens above a certain SW number, something aournd 8
or so.

3. When you attempt to sense the ALL ON and ALL OFF buttons, the resulting
program code is for a switch/dimmer, not a keypad. (see #1).

So, the following value program lines cannot be written:

WHEN uni_LUTRON01 SW16 PRESSED LOG MESSAGE 31
nor can
WHEN uni_LUTRON01 SW17 PRESSED PROGRAM ARM NIGHT

The first line should log whenever ALL ON is pressed on a keypad,
and the second should ARM the system when ALL OFF is pressed.

Nor can any buttons on the third column of a "15 button" keypad be sensed.

Anyone have a version that works properly?

Thanks!

PS. I did report this to HAI Tech Support as a probable bug.
