[Hai-users] RC80 thermostat

I'm sure there's a way to display Celsius, but don't remember the exact
configuration. If you can't find it in the panel's and thermostat's owners
manuals, check with HAI's tech support.

For the outside temperature, first verify the sensor's actually working, by
viewing the status on the keypad. If the temperature shows correctly on the
keypad, then it's working/connected properly. If it doesn't, it could be
wired incorrectly, configured for the wrong type (Extended or not), or the
sensor could be defective.

If the outside temperature does display correctly on the keypad, there may
be a problem with the thermostat's communication with the panel. See if you
can view the thermostat's status from a keypad, and also control it. If you
can't do one, or both, there's a problem with the wiring, the panel's or
thermostat's configuration, or the thermostat. It's also remotely possible
the panel itself could be defective, but that's the least-likely scenario --
I'd rule out all the other possibilities, first...

Subject: [Hai-users] RC80 thermostat

I have an RC80 and would like to know how to change the displayed
temperature into Celcius instead of Fahrenheit. Also would like to know
how to display the "OUTSIDE" temperature on the thermostat. I have set
one zone to be Outdoor Temperature and name the zone OUTDOOR, but the
thermostat does not cycle the display between the outside and current as
per instruction manual.

Thanks in advance.

Rgds,
W. Utomo
