[Hai-users] Haunted keypads?

I've double checked both consoles, and they still flip out even when just
power is applied without a comm signal. One acts like the '3' is being hit
continuously, and one acts like the '5'.
Coincidentally, the serial numbers on the two are consecutive. My third one
is about 34 off from the first two. I just hope it doesn't flake out while
I'm not at home, or turning off the alarm might be a little difficult :).
I figured the first one went out during a bad storm (we noticed it right
after a bad thunderstorm). The second, though, started acting up on a
crystal clear beautiful summer day (today).
