[Hai-users] HAI status?

Hi Mike,

I just wanted to drop a line to say that I'm doing well.  All were
affected by the storm, some more than others.  Some of our employees
have suffered significant property losses.

Although our building received substantial damage in storm, we have
resumed operations in temporary facilities on the North Shore of Lake
Pontchartrain. We are now accepting returns from our distribution
customers and hope to have our repair operations up and running soon.
I'll let you know when that occurs.

I would like to thank everyone for their concern, support, and
encouragement.

Has anyone heard from Scott or others at HAI recently?  How are they
doing getting their lives back together?  

HAI's website indicates they hope to be able to start handling RMA's
again this week, but it isn't clear when they'll be back in their
building.
