Ouch, sounds like you're troubleshooting methods are good. Are you able to
access the system through the phone? Are there any other devices on the
system (other than the traditional PIRs, contacts etc)? Do you have access
to another controller to test the same keypads?

Definitely the keypads. Each one of them acts like it's being hit with
phantom keypresses. One will act like 5 is getting hit repeatedly, one acts
like 2, one acts like 8. I can disconnect them and plug them directly into
the console (disconnecting all other keypads) and I see the same thing.
