[Hai-users] Aegis 3000 versus OmniProII

We have a client who has had his Aegis 2000 damaged in a storm.  Are there
any functional or technical reasons not to upgrade to an OmniProII rather
than the Aegis 3000?  Will the consoles function the same?  Including the
"Command" and "Message" buttons?  Is there the option for a voice message
based on an event?  Anything else that may be different?
 
I know that whichever route we go we have to retype the programming, but I
think the advantage outweigh the inconvenience.  Thanks.
