I don't think trying it on Zone 1 is a good idea with a thermostat hooked
up. Don't use zone 1 through the number of thermostats hooked up or it will
conflict with the thermostat.

I seem to recall the problem Darren describes can be caused by an extended
range temperature sensor not being set as such. If this is an extended range
sensor, make sure it's set as an "ER Outdoor Temperature" (Type 85). Not
"Outdoor Temperature".
