[Hai-users] Help diagnosing Voice Dialer on OmniLT

Hi,

  I'm trying to make my OmniLT dial out with the voice dialer.  I
wired the 31X jack myself, but am fairly sure that it is wired right. 
Here is what I'm experiencing:

- When I pick up an inside phone and press "#", I get the voice menu
with no interference from the outside line
- When I call into the system from outside, I can log in with a
security code and the inside phones can listen in
- When the system tries to dial out (e.g., Message->Phone), the inside
phones go dead but the programmed number doesn't ring.

I don't have a jack on the telco side of the 31X to plug in a phone to
see if anything's happening, but I suppose that's the next step if
nobody has any other ideas.
