[Hai-users] power loss/restoration question

yesterday we lost power for so long that the outage outlasted the battery 
backup.  Shortly after power restoration, a police officier was knocking at 
my door telling me that my monitoring company informed them of a general 
alarm at my house and they were sent out to investigate.  I have gone through 
the install manual but can't find anything related; what setting can I change 
so my panel does *not* call out on a power fail/restoration?
