Several interesting facts about 'The Real Top 10'

- Five of the schools are members of FBS - and all 5 were bowl bound last year - how frequently has that happened or does that happen ?
- The Texas A&M-Northwestern Texas Bowl last year pitted #9 vs. #10 - how frequently has a bowl game accomplished that ? $14.2 billion in endowment was at Reliant Stadium December 31.
- Of course the Easterners will tell us that at the annual 'The Game', 55,137 watched The Crimson knock off the Elis 45-7 in New Haven. That afternoon, 51.1 billion in endowment clashed (and probably untold millions in the stands).
- Also, the Michigan-VPI Sugar Bowl featured 8.4 billion in endowments (VPI 603 million). The Stanford-Oklahoma State Fiesta Bowl featured 17.4 billion in endowments (OK St 351 million). The Texas-Cal Holiday Bowl featured 19.8 billion in endowments (Cal-Berkeley 2.6 billion).
