[NU Sports] Illinois wants Chicago game every other year

That billboard ought to be a permanent fixture of the marketing campaign,
even in years when the Illini stay home. In fact there ought to be a big
one on the road to Champaign - "you're now leaving Wildcat Country. Hope
you enjoyed your stay"
