[NU Sports] Illinois wants Chicago game every other year

The best evidence of the success of a marketing campaign is when it
forces your competitors to change their plans.

Every effort by the Illwhiny to schedule more games in Chicago only
reminds those who care that NU IS Chicago's BT team.

For example, if Illnoisy AD is able to schedule a non-con game in
Chicago and somebody on the street asks an Ill alum why the game is in
Chicago rather than on campus, they are likely going to say that
Illinois wants to prove that Northwestern isn't the only BT team in
town.
