[NU Sports] FW: Buckeyes to semester system

Tuition may not decline but it's possible that if NU were able to switch (and I think it might be difficult) that their cost structure after one time switching costs would decline with paperwork (I use that term loosely in the internet age) being reduced to 3X a year (summer included) from 4X a year
