> Not sure if many out there have been following the 50 percent rule that the NCAA is attempting to phase in.  But it will DQ schools from going to the dance if their hoopsters are not on track for a 50 percent graduation rate 

Big Ten schools that did not meet the 50% GSR rate in the most recent 
report shown on the NCAA website (2004 admission year):

Indiana:  47%
Michigan  45%
Minnesota 43%

Purdue and Wisconsin were both at 50%.
