I also would note Duke has had little success recruiting in Chicago over the past 5 years, and with Collins' ties in Chicago, you'd expect them to compete   A little better there.

I believe the last big time recruit they signed from Ilinois other than Jon Scheyer was Thompson, and he transferred to Northwestern...
