[NU Sports] Tough noogies

"He felt that the NU-Texas Tech* game was competitive and entertaining even
though it was between two 6-6 teams."

*The Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas in the 2011 season featured NU vs.
Texas A&M, who were both 6-6 in the regular season. The TicketCity bowl in
the 2010 season had NU playing Texas Tech, both were 7-5 going into the
bowl game. This doesn't really affect your argument, though, but thought I
should point it out.
