[NU Sports] Changes in bowls coming?

This article suggests that there may be a movement to require 7 wins for bowl
eligiblity, possibly as soon as 2014.

This could result in a half-dozen or more bowls going away.

Buried towards the bottom of the article is the suggestion that the NCAA
should allow all teams to have December practices, not just bowl-bound teams.
