[NU Sports] Did I forget the bowl pool this year?

How come none of you reminded me?! :)

Oh well, I guess it's fitting given than snoozefest of a title game that turned from the "rematch no one wanted" into the worst title game ever.

Another amazing season of college football ending with a resounding thud and a craptastic title game that left the ESPN folk trying to justify a team that didn't even win its division or play in its league title game as the "clear" champion over two 13-1 teams who both have beaten more top 25 teams than Bama.

Sorry I forgot it ... looks like we all were not terribly excited by the eternal season of bowls, though I'm sure none of us will forget that Arkansas State/Northern Illinois thriller the other night.

Yawn.
